The Hollins Hey comprises of 12 en-suite double rooms, most of which have sea views over Liverpool Bay. This splendid Victorian Villa is full of character, no more so than in our traditional restaurant with its crisp linen. Our time served chefs have prepared an interesting menu to cater for both traditional and the more adventurists tastes.
Our cocktail lounge (which is only used by our discerning dinner guests and residents) is an ideal meeting place to meet friends and colleagues, with its open fire and grand piano.
